What is the difference between catalog, custom, and subscription? The catalog is our ready-made library of hundreds of designs you can buy instantly. Custom upload is where you send us your own design and we print it as a precision stencil. The subscription is a monthly box of 4 to 8 curated stencils delivered to your door automatically every month.

How long does shipping take? Standard catalog orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. Custom orders take 3 to 5 business days for production then ship. Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of each month. All orders come with a tracking number.

What material are the stencils made from? Our stencils are precision-printed from durable PLA. Flexible, reusable, and paint-resistant. They hold their shape across dozens of uses with proper care and cleaning.

Can I use these stencils commercially? Yes. Personal, classroom, and small business use is all covered. For large-scale commercial reproduction or resale, reach out via our wholesale page.

Do you offer wholesale pricing? Yes. We work with art stores, schools, studios, and coffee shops. Wholesale starts at 30% off retail with a minimum order of 6 units. Visit our wholesale page to submit an inquiry.

What file formats do you accept for custom orders? We accept SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Black and white high-contrast files produce the best results. If you are unsure about your file, email it to us at julcreativestudios@gmail.com before ordering.

Can I return or exchange a stencil? Custom orders are non-refundable since they are made to your spec. Catalog and pack orders can be exchanged within 14 days if there is a defect or printing issue. Contact us and we will make it right.

How do I cancel my subscription? Log into your account and cancel from the subscription management page. No fees, no questions, cancel anytime. You can also email us at julcreativestudios@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you same day.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Email us at julcreativestudios@gmail.com to get on the waitlist for your country.

How do I take care of my stencil? Rinse with warm water after each use. Pat dry and store flat. Avoid folding. With proper care your stencil will last through dozens of uses.
